Think differently. Manage successfully. Be ready.
Our Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management creates the foundation for a long, successful career as a business professional. Our program develops the skills vital to working in the business world, including problem-solving, strategic and critical thinking, leadership, interpersonal relations and ethical decision-making.
Organization management puts a company in a position to succeed by effectively maintaining its assets and resources. It encompasses all of the planning and action taken by managers and directors to help a business realize its mission and achieve its objectives and goals.
Students who earn a bachelor degree in organizational management from St. Joseph's University take on such organizational management positions as business planning consultants, legal assistants, credit specialists, human resource generalists, directors, managers, vice presidents and small business owners.
Our organizational management program is bolstered by highly trained faculty members, who work in and are experts in their field. Graduates of our program leave well-prepared for management positions in business, government, education, nonprofit organizations and other careers.
"Having a military background taught me how to follow leadership. Now, understanding factors that one should apply in managerial positions has expanded my experience and opened up opportunities for me to become a successful leader."

Creating a schedule that fits into your busy life has never been easier. Regardless of your age, work schedule or other commitments, at St. Joseph’s, we offer flexible scheduling options — including evening and online classes — that can fit the busy lifestyle of any student. In fact, St. Joseph's University offers students the chance to participate in the Prior Experiential Learning Assessment (PELA) Program, which gives you the opportunity to apply for credit for the experiential learning you have acquired during your career. Validated learning, not the experience alone, is the basis for awarding up to 27 PELA credits.
