The Long Island Student Center

Where campus life comes together at SJNY.

Welcome to the heart of St. Joseph's University, New York's Long Island Campus. Our Student Center is a fusion of community, spirituality and innovation.

The 33,200-square-foot facility officially opened its doors in the fall of 2023, offering a diverse range of spaces to enhance the university experience of our students, staff, faculty and alumni. It is where connections are made, interests flourish and hobbies are discovered.

The Student Center features a spacious dining facility; the Marian and Ray Russo Student Life Suite; an art gallery; the Sisters of St. Joseph Chapel; a bustling gaming lounge and ESports room; the Kroog Center for Veterans; Ridgewood Savings Bank computer lab; and many more versatile spaces for events.

Our Student Center serves as a home for the University’s Student Government Association (SGA), Student Veterans of America (SVA), offices of Campus Ministry, Global Studies and Student Life, among other student organizations and clubs.

Since opening its doors, the Student Center has become the epicenter of campus life and exemplifies SJNY’s dedication to enriching the academic, social and professional lives of its students.
