Assistant Professor of Business at St. Joseph’s University, New York, teaching courses in Management, Marketing and International Business for the past 15 years. Prior to becoming a faculty member at St. Joseph's, was an assistant professor of management at the New York Institute of Technology for five years, and for nine years, a visiting professor of management at the Sy Syms School of Business of Yeshiva University. Have conducted numerous workshops and seminars throughout the New York metropolitan area on how to start an import/export business.
Prior to teaching, I served as the director of international operations for one of the oldest and largest manufacturers and marketers of medical, surgical, and healthcare products, and directed the start-up of manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico and served as its chief operating executive.

I have authored "Import/Export for Dummies" (April 2008), “Import/Export Kit for Dummies” (second edition) (March 2012) both published by John Wiley & Sons, and the Dictionary of International Business Terms published by Barron’s Educational Series, Inc., and recently translated into Chinese and published by the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Press.
In addition, I have updated the Instructor's Manual for the following texts:
