On Campus

In-person classes give students the connections they need to thrive in their studies. Students benefit from working with their peers and learning from St. Joseph’s dedicated faculty, who are experts in their fields. Courses are held on campus during assigned days and times. They are listed on the campus course schedule.

Online Courses

Through online courses, students learn independently through Canvas. These courses will not have scheduled class meetings — meaning you can complete your classwork from the comfort of their own home.
    
    

 

Virtual Classroom

The virtual classroom offers students the flexibility of online learning, blended with regularly scheduled meetings with faculty and classmates, using Zoom or a similar platform. Courses are built around Canvas and are listed in the course schedules of both campuses.

This research has inspired me to continue my career within the field of marine ecology and continue to study, understand and protect marine ecosystems. Along with the great community of students at St. Joseph's, the professors within the biology department are incredibly helpful and are there to make successful future scientists."
