University Security

The mission of the Office of Security is to provide a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

To attain this goal, our security maintains a community friendly approach that invites a team effort to safety and security. If you see something that concerns you, please contact us — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Campus safety is a cooperative effort. St Joseph's University takes many measures to ensure that its two campuses are safe and secure for students, faculty, staff and visitors. Help is always needed to maintain this secure atmosphere. By reading the information contained in these pages and recording the contact numbers listed, you are doing your part in making St. Joseph's University safe.

In addition to their role in keeping the University's two physical campuses safe and secure, our security officers are certified to assist in medical emergencies and have access to portable defibrillators for emergency situations.
