St. Joseph’s University in Patchogue, NY, seeks applications for a non-tenure-track teaching instructor position in various general business, marketing, and management courses. Candidates must show evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with experience teaching on campus, virtually, and online. Candidates must also remain open to teaching other courses as the department needs.
A minimum of a master’s degree in business or related fields and at least five years of professional work experience in Management, Human Resources, and Marketing are preferred.
Experience using online learning systems such as Canvas is also preferred.
In addition to general business and management courses, marketing courses may include introduction to marketing, public relations, marketing research, consumer behavior, social media marketing, digital marketing, global marketing and business and marketing data analytics, marketing promotion, advertising, and retail management, among others.

Candidates should also be enthusiastic about developing and delivering innovative coursework in the field and inspiring students to achieve academic success.
