St. Joseph’s University seeks a full time Financial Aid Counselor for the Office of Financial Aid at its Brooklyn campus. Under the supervision of the Director and Associate Director of Financial Aid, the Financial Aid Counselor will provide excellent customer service and assistance to a diverse population of students, staff and faculty. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial aid applications, performing verification and preparing financial aid offers.
The position is a full time, Monday through Friday position; however some evening and/or weekend hours are required during peak processing times or for recruitment/outreach events. Periodic travel for professional development and training will also be necessary. This position may require occasional travel to the Long Island campus when needed.
Annual salary: $40,000 - $45,000
