SJC to Host Graduate School Fair

PATCHOGUE, NY October 11, 2011 The Office of Career Development, Wellness and Disability Services and the Office of Alumni Relations at St. Josephs College will co-sponsor this years Graduate School Fair on Thursday, November 17 from noon to 2 p.m. The event, which is open to current SJC students and alumni, will be held in the McGann Conference Center in OConnor Hall located on the Colleges Long Island Campus in Patchogue, NY.

"The graduate school fair is a great opportunity for students and alumni to meet college representatives and ask questions about their programs in order to make an informed decision about attending graduate school, said Executive Director of Career Development, Wellness and Disability Services, Frank Laterra-Belino.

Both current SJC students and alumni will have the opportunity to meet and speak with graduate school representatives while obtaining information about the graduate school application process, graduate school programs and areas of interest, and related costs.

Representatives have been invited from schools such as Hofstra University, Adelphi University, Bard College, Five Towns College, Long Island University (Brentwood, Brooklyn and Riverhead campuses), Queens College, St. Francis College, St. Johns University, Mercy College, Molloy College, Fordham University, SUNY Stony Brook School of Professional Development and SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
