SJC to Host Zumba Event to Benefit Veterans

PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – JULY 21, 2014 – The St. Joseph’s College (SJC) women’s softball team is pleased to announce that they will be hosting a Zumba Fitness event to raise funds for veterans on Saturday, August 9 at 10 a.m. (rain date is August 10) at the John A. Danzi Athletic Center, located on the College’s Long Island Campus in Patchogue.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Boots on the Ground NY, the Long Island State Veterans Home at Stony Brook University and the Wounded Warrior Project.

The John A. Danzi Athletic Center is located at 155 W. Roe Blvd. in Patchogue, and is accessible via the South Service Road of Sunrise Highway, just east of Exit 52 (Waverly Avenue).
