Next Steps for Enrollment

  • Become a Golden Eagle — and make it official! Complete your Acceptance of Admission/Deposit form and submit your $250 tuition deposit using the online deposit form.
  • Complete your FAFSA and New York State TAP applications for financial assistance. File your FAFSA, if you have not already done so. St. Joseph’s University – Long Island’s school code is E00505. For the New Your State TAP, go to hesc.ny.gov. St. Joseph’s University – Long Island’s NYSHESC code is 0758. Direct your questions to our Financial Aid Office at [email protected], or call 631.687.2600 to schedule an individual appointment with a financial aid counselor.
  • Attend our SJNY Admitted Student Day. If you were unable to attend one of our Admitted Student Day events, and you still have some questions for the Admissions Staff, support office staff or faculty please email us at [email protected]. If you would like to visit the campus and take a tour, we welcome you to schedule an appointment by contacting our Admissions Office at 631.687.4500 or schedule your visit online.
  • Attend Orientation and Register for your fall 2024 classes. Registration for entering first-year students typically begins around mid-May. You will receive an invitation to our Registration Days. Along with this invitation, you will be provided with further instructions and additional information regarding the registration process.
  • Submit your required medical and immunizations forms. Click the links below and follow the instructions on how to submit these forms via Medicat. Additional instructions or information regarding your medical forms or Medicat is available by contacting our The Center for Counseling and Wellness at 631.687.1261.
