STEM Experiences

STEM Experiences

Gain experience outside the classroom with the LSAMP Program. Enhance your resume. Get ready for what your future in STEM holds.

Thanks to the National Science Foundation, and the Lower Hudson Valley Catholic Colleges and Universities Consortium Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Program (LHVCCUC LSAMP Program), eligible students interested in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) can participate in faculty-led research, peer mentoring, individual and group tutoring, workshops and seminars, internships, and other initiatives.

This program aims to increase the amount of students interested in STEM majors, cultivate a better understanding of the fields through enrichment activities, and support students in the pursuit of graduate school or STEM careers. Participants will be able to interact with students from six other partner institutions: Molloy University, Manhattan College, Mount Saint Mary College, St. Francis College, St. John's University, and St. Thomas Aquinas College.
