When to Schedule an Appointment

Often students feel that their problem is not important enough, they don't want to bother someone else or they feel they should be able to handle their problems on their own. The staff at the The Center for Counseling and Wellness welcomes any student, no matter how big or small the problem, to reach out to us for support. We respect the courage it takes to walk through the door and make that first appointment.

The Center for Counseling and Wellness is a place where students can come and get help with personal, emotional, psychological, and social problems. Some students come for help with self-esteem or relationship issues, when they are feeling anxious or depressed, when they are overwhelmed by school pressures, or when they have experienced some type of trauma.
