Facility Rules

No alcoholic beverages and/or pets are permitted anywhere on the premises.
Smoking is prohibited at the Outdoor Field Complex.
No vehicles should be left in the parking lot after the rental period is completed.
Please use the general bathrooms on the east side of the Outdoor Field Complex building.
No spectating allowed on the track. Spectators should remain in the bleachers.
Absolutely no climbing over track wall or fences.
The persons responsible for the rental must be present on site for the duration of the rental to gain access to the facility and remain on site until all spectators and participants have exited the facility.
Inappropriate behavior is grounds for removal from the facility.
Renters must provide their own safety equipment at their venue (pocket mask, first aid kits and certified CPR and first aid staff). The certified staff will be present at all times during the rental.
All participants/spectators traveling east on Sunrise Highway, should be directed to exit at Exit 53 (Route 112) for facility access.

Use of the track by St. Josephs' University students, faculty, staff and alumni is permitted when the facility is open. The track will be closed during games, meets, practices and special events.
Field use and organized athletics must have permit.
No gum, food or seeds of any kind is permitted.
No jumping over the fence.
Absolutely no bicycles, scooters, strollers, rollerblades, skateboards or animals are permitted.
Proper running shoes only. No street shoes allowed. Quarter-inch track spikes only on the track and molded cleats on the turf field.
All runners and walkers should travel in a counterclockwise direction. Slower runners, joggers and walkers should utilize the outside lanes.

The courts are for tennis only. No rollerblading, skateboarding or hockey is permitted.
Proper tennis attire required. T-shirts or tennis shirts must be worn.
Sneakers only. No black-soled shoes are permitted on the courts.
No glass containers permitted.
Inappropriate behavior is grounds for removal from the facility.
The courts will be open for scheduled hours for St. Joseph University students, faculty and staff with valid ID.
No spectators allowed on courts. Players playing in matches, officials and coaches are the only people permitted in the fenced in area. All spectators must remain in the viewing areas.
