Brooklyn Voices: Colum McCann
Colum McCann presents Twist
In conversation with Phil Klay
Internationally acclaimed and bestselling author Colum McCann (Let the Great World Spin, TransAtlantic) presents his propulsive novel Twist, delving into a hidden world deep under the ocean. In the story of a journalist and an engineer whose fates are entangled with the repair of the underwater cables that carry the world’s information, McCann confronts the most elemental questions of life, love, absence, belonging and the perils of our severed connections. Fellow author Phil Klay (Redeployment) joins McCann for a discussion about the book, followed by a book signing.
